Practical Engineering for Owners and Operators of Interconnected Assets

TWC is an electrical engineering consulting firm headquartered in Olympia, WA. We work with owners and operators of generation facilities and interconnected loads across North America, doing both desktop studies and on-site testing.

Our founders are three licensed engineers with combined decades of hands-on experience in NERC compliance, interconnection modeling, and protection engineering. We focus on delivering practical, audit-ready engineering studies.
