Our Story
Founded in 2026 by Jeff Whitt, Brad Thomas, and Casey Whitt, Thomas Whitt Consulting brings together combined decades of power generation experience in NERC engineering assessments, utility interconnection, and power system modeling to support generation owners.
Our founders agreed on the need for practical, operationally-focused engineering solutions that bridge the gap between theoretical models and real-world system behavior.
We specialize in delivering solutions to compliance and grid stability challenges to increase grid stability and resilience.

President
Manages operations of the organization, leveraging 30 years of engineering and management experience to develop a team capable of delivering client-focused solutions.
Brad Thomas, P.Eng.
VP, Projects
Responsible for managing complex projects and providing leadership to the office, delivering technical and managerial expertise in modeling, protection engineering, and NERC assessments so our clients improve power system stability.
Casey Whitt, PE
VP, Engineering
Responsible for engineering operations and subject matter expertise for unique project challenges. Ensures engineering services are delivered with a strong understanding of industry standards and their application to improve power system stability.
